DAVID JOHNSON’S STATEMENTS ABOUT THE CREDIBILITY OF JON ROSS, ESQ.

1.    After I was refused at Wiggin and Nourie  to see Doreen Connor, Esq.  for help with my case by Jim McCoy,  I spent time consulting with Attorney O'Connor.  She turned down my case saying she did only Supreme Court appeals, and my trial process still wasn't over.  A few months later, my ex wife walks into court with Jonathan Ross.  Jon Ross said I never talked with them (Wiggin and Nourie).    HE LIED.

2.   Jon Ross told the court that Nurse Holt withdrew and released my daughter Marissa from her care because I was burdening the clinic.  Nurse Holt testified three times to get Marissa home with me, and gave a fourth deposition  to get Marissa home with me.   [She later wrote the court a letter talking about her poor treatment in the Derry Family Division.]   Marissa was released after another time Jennifer unilaterally terminated Marissa's prophylaxis which was folllowed by another infection.  Nurse Holt reported Jennifer to DCYF as Dr. Silverman did.  ROSS LIED.

3.   Jon Ross stood in court reading one my motions saying "[Iwas] photographing Marissa's vaginal area," when that wording was never in the motion.  ROSS LIED.

4.   Jon Ross wrote to the court regarding the first infection Jennifer neglected since Philip Cross's corrupted 3/6/06 ORDER stating that I went to Londonderry Pediatrics "demanding a test for a urinary tract infection."   Dr. Gruchot wrote a letter stating that wasn't true.  She elaborated saying "the visit was a very pleasant experience and that we had a lengthy talk about Marissa's history."   ROSS LIED.

5.   After I picked up Marissa with a second infection since the corrupt Cross ORDER, when Marissa was in extreme pain, urinating blood, screaming and panicking, diagnosed with another UTI, antibiotics were prescribed, Jon Ross stood in court saying "Your honor, there was no infection, the results of the infection were negative."  Ross LIED.

6.   Several times Jon Ross objected to DCYF and HHS Ombudsman report stating it was "ripe with hearsay."  After he orchestrated a "corrupted" DCYF report by Daryl Bazydlo to be submitted to the Court on the day of the "Status Hearing" in October of 2005.  [This was] only six days after he submitted a TEMPORARY CUSTODY MODIFICATION  and told the court they could hear that pleading that day.  ROSS LIED and ACTED IN COLLUSION WITH MASTER CROSS.

7.  Jonathan Ross and the Derry Court have harmed Marissa.  I shall stay on them until this corruption is resolved.
